18日，河南省应急管理厅公布了三门峡灵宝澜风足疗店“5·2”较大火灾事故调查结果。<br>
据介绍，2026年5月2日，三门峡灵宝市澜风足疗店发生一起火灾事故，造成6人死亡，直接经济损失813.7万元。经查，这是一起因未及时熄灭祈福使用的蜡烛引燃周边可燃物，经营方主体责任不落实，违规经营，未按规定巡查，消防控制室无人值守，未及时发现并处置火情，属地党委政府及有关部门和单位履职不到位而导致的责任事故。<br>
依据有关法律法规，河南省政府成立了三门峡灵宝澜风足疗店“5·2”较大火灾事故调查组，对事故提级调查。事故调查组查明，事故直接原因系一层门厅祈福台上燃烧的蜡烛引燃紧邻的塑料部件起火，进而引燃祈福台以及墙面、顶棚易燃可燃装饰装修材料蔓延成灾。<br>
澜风足疗店、锦祥盛物业公司5名责任人员，涉嫌刑事犯罪，被司法机关采取强制措施。对澜风足疗店、锦祥盛物业公司存在的违法违规问题，由有关部门依法作出行政处罚。<br>
