声明称，“三个多月来，黎巴嫩的孩子们经历了不应承受的遭遇。许多人多次逃离家园，亲眼目睹暴力，失去亲人，看到自己的学校、社区和安全感彻底破碎。”

“数字本身无法传达这场危机的全貌。在死伤者之外，整整一代儿童的童年已被打乱。他们成长和发展所必需的安全感，已被严重削弱。”

声明称，黎境内有超77万名儿童正在承受暴力冲突带来的心理影响。

儿基会呼吁立即停止敌对行动，切实保护平民及关键基础设施，确保人道主义组织能够不受限制地进入受影响地区开展援助工作。
