6月16日，记者随2026年“活力中国调研行”天津主题采访活动来到海油工程天津智能化制造基地。面对越来越厉害的智能焊接机器人“徒弟”，资深技能大师坦言毫无被替代的焦虑。刘海林告诉记者，机器人可以承接重体力、高伤害焊接工序；但工匠沉淀多年的实操经验，面对复杂工况灵活判断、动态调整的能力，是机器无法替代的。未来，机器承担重复劳作，人主导技术研发与难题攻关，人机协同才是智能制造的未来。<br>
