抽屉里那些“退役”手机，别再让它们沉睡。6月16日，科技日报记者跟随2026年“活力中国调研行”主题采访活动，走进坐落于滨海新区的中国资环绿色低碳循环经济示范基地。谈起手机回收，中资环绿投循环科技投资（深圳）有限公司董事长、总经理罗晓光说：“我国闲置的旧手机总量达到60亿部，废旧手机不是垃圾，是放错地方的‘城市矿山’。”资环集团打通了“回收—物流—销毁—提炼”全链条，用户通过资环电子“芯碎无忧”小程序下单，手机经物理粉碎、火法冶炼，彻底销毁数据的同时，还可提炼稀贵金属。<br>
