红色初心扎根基层，城市发展赋能民生。近日，科技日报记者跟随庆祝中国共产党成立105周年“牢记初心使命 奋进复兴征程”主题采访活动来到百年里弄长乐邨。它也被誉为上海陕西南路上最美的新式花园里弄。这里原来一个单元只住一户人家，后来六七户人家住进来，合用一个厨房和卫生间，曾长期面临居住不便等民生难题。<br>
为破解历史建筑修缮与居民现代生活需求的矛盾，黄浦区瑞金二路街道和锦江居民区以党建为引领，联合多方力量成立修缮工作专班、建立“一户一档”修缮服务档案。历经数年改建，如今的长乐邨外墙修缮一新，尽显法式庭院风；老式浴缸全部替换为带安全扶手的淋浴房，公用厨房规划出独立灶台，楼梯间加装适老扶手，智能化设备守护居民安全。长乐邨居民裘阿姨由衷地为老旧小区的蝶变升级点赞：“以前烧菜不便，如厕靠‘抢’，现在这些问题都解决了。”<br>
