  新华社北京5月14日电（记者古一平）农业农村部14日对外发布《生猪产能综合调控实施方案（2026年修订）》。方案设定全国能繁母猪正常保有量稳定在3750万头左右。这是自2024年2月以来再次下调正常保有量目标。<br>
  修订完善本实施方案的目的在于完善生猪逆周期政策调控机制，提高调控工作的精准性，促进市场供需更加适配，推动猪价保持在合理水平。<br>
  方案中显示，“十五五”初期，以满足全国猪肉消费正常需求为基准，设定全国能繁母猪正常保有量稳定在3750万头左右。之后，将根据生猪生产效率和猪肉消费量等变化情况，动态调整全国能繁母猪正常保有量目标。<br>
  下一步，农业农村部将密切跟踪方案落实情况，加强监测预警，压实地方属地责任，强化政策协同，健全上下联动、响应及时的生猪产能综合调控机制，推动生猪价格保持在合理水平，更好稳定产业发展。
