  新一期贷款市场报价利率（LPR）5月20日出炉，1年期和5年期以上LPR均未调整。<br>
  当日，中国人民银行授权全国银行间同业拆借中心公布，1年期LPR为3%，5年期以上LPR为3.5%。<br>
  LPR是贷款利率定价的主要参考基准，每月定期发布。<br>
  我国贷款利率持续保持低位。数据显示，4月份，企业新发放贷款（本外币）加权平均利率约为3.1%，比上年同期低约20个基点；个人住房新发放贷款（本外币）加权平均利率约3.1%，较上年同期低约6个基点。（记者任军、吴雨）
