  新华社北京5月20日电（记者申铖）财政部5月20日发布数据显示，今年前4个月，全国一般公共预算收入83404亿元，同比增长3.5%，增幅比一季度提高1.1个百分点，收入巩固向好态势。<br>
  其中，全国税收收入68097亿元，同比增长3.9%；非税收入15307亿元，同比增长1.6%。分中央和地方看，中央一般公共预算收入35474亿元，同比增长4.6%；地方一般公共预算本级收入47930亿元，同比增长2.7%。<br>
  支出方面，今年前4个月，全国一般公共预算支出94809亿元，同比增长1.3%。分中央和地方看，中央一般公共预算本级支出12910亿元，同比增长5.1%；地方一般公共预算支出81899亿元，同比增长0.7%。<br>
  全国政府性基金预算收支方面，今年前4个月，全国政府性基金预算收入10208亿元，同比下降18.9%；全国政府性基金预算支出25431亿元，同比下降2.7%。
