新华社北京5月29日电（记者申铖）记者从财政部了解到，财政部、市场监管总局5月29日对外发布指导意见，推进地方政府采购电子卖场高质量发展。<br>
围绕规范电子卖场建设运行，指导意见要求，明确电子卖场功能定位，明确相关主体权责，规范供应商和产品准入，进一步完善交易规则，落实政府采购政策功能要求。围绕加强电子卖场价格管理，指导意见要求，完善产品参考价形成机制，强化采购人主体责任，强化日常监测与监管。<br>
此外，指导意见还要求推动电子卖场互联互通。由财政部制定的《政府采购电子卖场产品分类指导标准（2026年版）》也在当日对外发布。
