5月28日，中华人民共和国财政部代表中央政府在香港特别行政区成功发行了60亿元人民币绿色主权债券。其中，3年期30亿元人民币，发行利率为1.42%；5年期30亿元人民币，发行利率为1.56%。此次人民币绿色主权债券受到市场热烈欢迎，国际投资者认购踊跃，总认购金额624亿元人民币，是发行金额的10.4倍。其中，3年期认购倍数达9.8倍，5年期认购倍数达11.0倍。<br>
此次人民币绿色主权债券投资者类型丰富，地域分布广泛。亚太地区、非亚太地区投资者占比分别为80%、20%，主权及超主权、银行、基金资管及保险等类型投资者分别占比31%、47%、20%；绿色和可持续类投资者占比35%。此次发行的债券将全部在香港联合交易所上市。
