French National Assembly Passes Draft Law to Simplify Repatriation of Illegally Acquired Cultural Relics

The French National Assembly has reviewed and passed a draft law aimed at simplifying the procedures for returning illegally acquired cultural relics to their countries of origin. The draft, previously agreed upon by a joint committee of both parliamentary chambers, still requires approval by the French Senate.
