This notice announces the issuance of the Construction Project Planning Permit and the general layout plan for a section of Shenzhen Metro Line 22 Phase I, located in Longhua District, as approved by the local planning authority.

深圳市轨道交通22号线一期工程民治北站至松和站（原油松站）区间项目用地位于龙华区民治街道，线路呈南北走向，区间自民治北站引出后，沿民治大道向北敷设，接入松和站（原油松站）。经审查，我局同意核发该项目的《建设工程规划许可证》。<br> 　　根据《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》相关规定，现将本次核发的《建设工程规划许可证》及总平面图予以公布。<br> 　　特此通告。<br> 　　附件：1.建设工程规划许可证<br> 　　2.项目总平面图<br> 　　深圳市规划和自然资源局龙华管理局<br> 　　2026年4月30日
