近日，湖南中医药大学第一附属医院院长朱某某的儿子朱某被曝涉嫌“吃空饷”，重复领取奖金。记者4月30日从湖南中医药大学了解到，湖南中医药大学已经介入调查。

初步调查发现，其子朱某2019年7月毕业于湖南中医药大学，之后进入湖南中医药大学第一附属医院健康管理科工作。2022年1月朱某被借调到医院重症医学科工作。借调期间，医院健康管理科给朱某重复发放绩效奖金共计8.4万元，湖南中医药大学已经要求朱某退还重复领取的绩效奖金8.4万元。湖南中医药大学要求医院进一步规范内部管理，堵住管理漏洞。
