林剑表示：“具体问题请向中方主管部门了解。作为原则我想强调，中国政府依法依规对外商投资进行审查，并作出有关的决定。”

此前，国家发展改革委网站4月27日消息，外商投资安全审查工作机制办公室（国家发展改革委）依法依规对外资收购Manus项目作出禁止投资决定，要求当事人撤销该收购交易。
