张俊兵处长就当前网络安全形势进行了分析。<br>     2014年7月4日，文化部信息化工作领导小组办公室、文化部信息中心在友谊宾馆组织举办“网络安全与信息化”专题讲座，由公安部网络安全保卫局重要信息系统安全监测处处长张俊兵同志主讲。信息中心主任洪永平同志主持讲座，部机关办公厅及各业务司局相关人员参加。会上，张俊兵处长就当前网络安全形势进行了分析，并从安全检测、技术防范、系统备份和应急响应等方面详细阐述了非涉密信息系统等级保护建设的工作要求。
