企业国有资产法修订草案4月27日提请十四届全国人大常委会第二十二次会议首次审议。企业国有资产法修改坚持党的领导，坚持问题导向，坚持统筹发展和安全，坚持稳中求进。

草案修改71条、新增32条，共九章109条，对现行法作了全面修改，主要修改内容包括完善中国特色现代企业制度、完善企业国有资产管理监督体制、明确坚持分类管理原则、健全国有资本收益管理制度等。

企业国有资产法规定了我国企业国有资产管理监督的基础制度，自2009年5月1日施行以来，为国资国企改革发展提供了有力法治保障。“十五五”时期我国发展环境面临深刻复杂变化，修改完善企业国有资产法，以立法引领和保障国资国企改革发展，加强国有资产管理监督法治建设，对于保障国有经济持续健康发展意义重大。
