  近日，14名济南外国语学校的高三保送生正活跃在乡村小学的助教岗位上。他们各展“十八般武艺”，在互动中与孩子们共同成长。<br>
  自2011年起，济南外国语学校就延续这样一个传统：每年春季，组织部分已完成学业的高三保送生，在上大学之前去基层学校当助教。15年来，已有近400名高三保送生服务基层教育事业。<br>
