各有关单位： 为深入实施“AI+5G+8K”新引擎战略，抢抓8K超高清视频产业发展战略机遇，加快突破编解码技术、高速接口技术、8K核心芯片、8K高刷新率面板等关键核心技术，构建“采、编、传、解、显”全产业链协同发展体系，提升产业技术支撑能力，现开展8K超高清视频核心技术攻关项目征集工作。征集项目将作为我委2021年8K超高清视频产业发展扶持计划项目申报指南编制参考，请各单位高度重视,将项目申报表（见附件）于4月21日（星期三）下午6:00前通过邮件报送至gjsc@fgw.sz.gov.cn，申报文件命名为“8K核心技术攻关+企业名字+项目名称”。 深圳市发展和改革委员会 2021年4月16日
