2020年市财政局共下达新区直达资金2.35亿元，含抗疫特别国债2.3亿元及其他直达资金0.05亿元；下达新区参照直达资金0.02亿元，主要为困难群众救助补助资金及就业补助资金。其中，抗疫特别国债安排基建类项目1.12亿元，用于防洪达标整治、黑臭水体整治、水环境综合治理等方面；安排抗疫类项目1.18亿元，用于疫情防控工作经费、稳岗援企政策资金、集中隔离场所工作经费等方面。通过规范资金使用、建立直达资金常态化监控机制、强化直达资金预算执行分析，上述资金已全部形成支出，具体详见附件。
