2020年12月17日，新区管委会主任刘广阳主持召开新区管委会二〇二〇年第二十七次常务会议。 会议集中学习了《深圳经济特区海域使用管理条例》（以下简称《条例》）。会议认为，新区海域面积大、岸线长，海洋经济加速集聚发展，海洋生态保护责任重大，学习贯彻好《条例》具有重要意义。会议要求，一要深刻领会《条例》出台实施的重要意义。二要主动担当《条例》赋予的海域管理责任。三要坚决维护《条例》的执行与权威。 会议还审议了其他事项。
