2018年7月12日，李勇主任主持召开新区管委会二〇一八年第十五次常务会议。 会议审议并原则通过《深圳市大鹏新区建设工程定标委员会成员库管理办法（修订稿）》（以下简称《管理办法》）。会议认为，新区城市建设局结合上位法有关规定，深入研究新区工程建设实际，在大量调研工作的基础上修订的《管理办法》，符合新区实际，有利于规范定标委员会成员库管理，提高定标活动的公平性、公正性，予以充分肯定。会议要求，请新区城市建设局与法制部门对接，根据会议精神进一步修改完善后，按程序报批印发实施。 会议还审议了其他事项。
