2020年，深圳市住房和建设局共办理市人大代表建议65件，其中，承办件6件、主办件22件、分办件7件、汇办件30件。按照《深圳市人民政府办公厅关于做好人大代表建议和政协提案办理结果公开工作的通知》（深府办〔2015〕11号）要求，已将我局人大代表建议的主、承、分办件办理结果在“建议办理结果公开”逐条进行公开，其中人大代表建议办理结果全部公开28件，不公开7件。
