五桂山办事处： \r 你区《关于启动调整〈中山市五桂山职业教育园区控制性详细规划〉的请示》（桂办请〔2013〕14号）收悉。经研究，函复如下。 \r 一、依据《城市、镇控制性详细规划编制审批办法》，你区关于《中山市五桂山职业教育园区控制性详细规划》（下称《控规》）调整的启动程序符合法定程序。按照《控规》调整论证报告会的专家意见和有关结论，同意启动《控规》调整。 \r 二、你区应尽快组织编制《控规》修改方案，方案中应加强《控规》与城市总体规划、干线公路网规划等上层次规划的衔接，进一步核实用地权属数据，进一步论证园区内服务中心地块的开发意向，并按法定程序对修改（调整）后方案进行审查报批。报批材料中应当附具规划地段内利害关系人（含土地储备中心、交通发展集团及城投集团）意见及处理结果。 \r \r \r 中山市人民政府办公室 \r 2013年8月2日
