This announcement urges the parties involved in specific motor vehicles recorded for traffic violations between July 1 and September 26, 2020, to report to the traffic management authorities within 15 days for disposition, warning of vehicle seizure and fines for non-compliance.

我局交通技术监控设备在2020年7月1日至2020年9月26日期间，记录了一批机动车的交通违法行为，并通过多种方式进行告知，但仍有部分当事人（车辆驾驶人、所有人或管理人）未到公安机关交通管理部门接受处理。现敦促上述车辆当事人自本公告发出之日起15日内，到公安机关交通管理部门接受处理。对未在法定期限内接受处理的，依据《深圳经济特区道路交通安全违法行为处罚条例》第五十七条之规定，对于停驶后至违法行为接受处理前,驾驶机动车上道路行驶的,我局将扣留机动车,并按照机动车违反禁行、限行规定对机动车所有人、管理人予以处罚。特此通告。附件：交通违法未处理需公告的车辆信息深圳市公安局交通警察局 2020年10月6日
