依据公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十七条第一款第二项至第十项情形之一，未收回机动车驾驶证的，应当公告机动车驾驶证作废。经统计对机动车驾驶证依法被吊销或驾驶许可依法初撤销的，决定公告上述机动车驾驶证作废。 特此公告 附件：机动车驾驶证依法吊销公告作废信息表（第二季度） 深圳市公安局交通警察局 车辆管理所 2020年7月7日
