因光明区全面消除黑臭水体治理工程施工需要，为确保相关路段交通的安全、畅通，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十九条之规定，我局决定对相关路段交通组织进行临时调整，现通告如下： 一、2020年7月7日至2020年9月6日，封闭河心北路（光翠路-光明大道段）进行施工，原经此路段通行的车辆，可改沿光明大道至光明大街至法政南路或光翠路通行。 二、请机动车驾驶人及行人在上述时间内经过上述路段时，按交通标志标线指示通行，服从交通民警指挥。凡违反本通告规定的，我局将依照道路交通管理法规的相关规定予以处罚。 特此通告。 深圳市公安局交通警察局 2020年7月3日
