市公园管理中心： 《深圳市公园管理中心关于解决新能源汽车首2小时优惠停车政策解读争议的函》收悉。根据《深圳市发展和改革委员会关于完善我市机动车停放服务收费政策的通知》（深发改〔2017〕1518号）相关规定，经研究，现就新能源汽车充电停车优惠问题函复如下： 新能源汽车在实行政府定价管理的停车设施内充电，每天首两小时内免收停车收费，指的是新能源汽车在同一停车场内实际充电时间首2小时内免收停车费。新能源汽车充电停车优惠时间的计算办法是：实际充电时间（首2小时内）加上所属停车设施的免收费时间(非营利性医院、市政公园、党政机关和事业单位等配套停车设施30分钟，其他停车设施15分钟)。超过上述累计免收费时间的,可按规定收取停车费用。 专此复函。 深圳市发展和改革委员会 2020年6月13日
