《深圳市人民政府关于废止〈深圳经济特区房屋拆迁管理办法〉的决定》已经市政府五届四十六次常务会议审议通过，现予发布，自2012年1月1日起施行。 市长 许勤 二〇一一年十二月三十一日 深圳市人民政府关于废止《深圳经济特区房屋拆迁管理办法》的决定 为确保《中华人民共和国行政强制法》的顺利实施，经对我市现行有效规章进行清理，现根据相关法律法规规定，深圳市人民政府决定废止《深圳经济特区房屋拆迁管理办法》（1994年1月29日深圳市人民政府令第21号发布，1999年1月26日深圳市人民政府令第82号修订，2004年8月26日深圳市人民政府令第135号第二次修订）。 本决定自2012年1月1日起施行。
