2020年4月22日上午，李勇区长在区委区政府办公楼613会议室，主持召开区政府一届九十二次常务会议。 会议审议并原则通过了国有资产监督管理局《关于提请审定<关于加强股份合作公司“三资”管理和公开的指导意见（送审稿）>的请示》（以下简称《指导意见》）。会议指出，为进一步加强股份合作公司资金资产资源管理，结合机构改革部门职责调整实际，国有资产监督管理局牵头对《指导意见》进行了修订，对促进集体经济健康稳定发展具有积极意义。会议要求，请国有资产监督管理局在充分听取街道、社区及股份合作公司意见的基础上，针对基层关注的问题，制定实施细则，规范操作流程，充分发挥《实施意见》在盘活集体资产，实现集体资产资源高效、规范利用。 会议还审议了其他事项。
