揭府公〔2022〕 38号 根据《广东省行政规范性文件管理规定》及《广东省人民政府办公厅关于印发广东省贯彻落实国务院办公厅2022年政务公开工作要点分工方案的通知》（粤府办〔2022〕17号）的要求，我市组织开展市政府规章、市政府规范性文件及市政府部门规范性文件的清理。截至2022年12月15日止，清理出现行有效的市政府规章有6件，现行有效的市政府规范性文件57件，现行有效的市政府部门规范性文件66件。现予以公布（见附件）。 特此公告。 附件：1.现行有效的市政府规章目录表.wps 2.现行有效市政府规范性文件目录表.wps 3.现行有效的市政府部门规范性文件目录表.wps 揭阳市人民政府 2022年12月30日
