9月4日，市委副书记、市长余金富主持召开八届市政府第63次常务会议，审议一批文件和事项，套开市“数字政府”改革建设工作领导小组会议。 会议审议并原则同意《阳江市数字政府基础能力均衡化发展实施方案》。会议要求，各级各有关单位要高度重视，牢固树立“一盘棋”思想，按照实施方案规划和布局好我市数字政府基础设施和平台支撑体系，大力夯实我市数字政府建设根基。市政务服务数据管理局要按照《方案》要求，统筹推进数字政府基础能力均衡化发展、项目落地，严格管好、用好省均衡化奖补资金。 会议还研究了其他事项。
