This notice publishes the list of employers in Shenzhen that had employee wages advanced from the municipal wage guarantee fund in Q4 2019, as required by the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Wage Guarantee Regulations. It warns that absconding legal representatives or principals will be recorded in the credit system or referred for judicial action.

根据《深圳经济特区欠薪保障条例》第二十二条规定，现将2019年第4季度拖欠员工工资并由我市各区人力资源部门启动了市欠薪保障基金垫付员工工资的用人单位情况予以通告。 被通告的用人单位法定代表人或主要负责人隐匿或逃逸的，其姓名已由相关机构录入我市企业或个人信用征信系统，或将其欠薪逃匿案件移送司法部门。欠薪隐匿或逃逸的用人单位法定代表人或主要负责人应当主动到所在区（新区）人力资源部门依法接受处理。 欢迎广大市民举报有关情况，举报电话：12333。 附件:2019年第4季度被垫付欠薪用人单位情况 深圳市人力资源和社会保障局 2020年3月31日
