Notice on the Appointment and Removal of Comrades Chen Xuefeng and Others

This document announces the appointment of Chen Xuefeng as Vice Mayor of Jieyang City and Director of the Public Security Bureau, and Chen Shaoping as Director of the Industry and Information Technology Bureau, as well as the removal of Fang Weibin from the latter position, following approval by the Standing Committee of the Jieyang Municipal People's Congress.
