Notice of the Traffic Police Bureau of Shenzhen Public Security Bureau on Suspending the Non-local Vehicle Restriction Measures Around the Spring Festival
深圳市公安局交通警察局关于春节前后暂停限外措施的通告
This notice temporarily suspends the restriction on non-Shenzhen licensed vehicles during the Spring Festival period from January 18 to February 8, 2020, allowing all such vehicles to operate throughout the city at all times. The restriction will resume on February 9, 2020.

深公交（通）〔2020〕16号 为缓解“春运”运力紧张，方便深圳市民驾车返乡过年及返回深圳，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十九条、《深圳经济特区道路交通安全管理条例》第七十八条第(二)项之规定，现对我市早晚高峰期间非本市核发机动车号牌载客汽车在全市范围行驶路线和区域进行调整，通告如下： 一、1月18日至2月8日期间（农历腊月二十四至正月十五），暂停限外措施，期间允许所有非深号牌小型载客汽车在深圳全市全时段通行。2月9日起，恢复原定限外措施。 二、本通告自2020年1月18日至2020年2月8日施行。 特此通告。 深圳市公安局交通警察局 2020年1月14日
