This document approves two urban renewal unit detailed plans submitted by the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources, covering the Nanyang Electrical Appliance Factory area in Yuexiu District and Caibian No. 1 Village in Panyu District, and directs the bureau to publish and implement them.

穗府函〔2020〕194号广州市人民政府关于同意越秀区南洋电器厂及周边城市更新单元详细规划（AD0109、AY0114规划管理单元）等2项规划成果的批复市规划和自然资源局： 《广州市规划和自然资源局关于申请批准〈越秀区南洋电器厂及周边城市更新单元详细规划（AD0109、AY0114规划管理单元）〉等2项规划成果的请示》（穗规划资源报〔2020〕290号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下： 同意《越秀区南洋电器厂及周边城市更新单元详细规划（AD0109、AY0114规划管理单元）》《番禺区蔡边一村城市更新单元详细规划（BC0508、BC0509、BC0512、BC0513、BC0514规划管理单元）》规划成果，由你局会同有关单位按照规定程序向社会公布并认真组织实施。广州市人民政府2020年10月10日公开方式：主动公开
