穗府函〔2020〕181号广州市人民政府关于广州市碧道建设总体规划（2019—2035年）的批复各区人民政府，市水务局： 《广州市水务局关于提请批复广州市碧道建设总体规划（2019—2035年）的请示》（穗水河湖〔2020〕3号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下： 一、同意《广州市碧道建设总体规划（2019—2035年）》（以下简称《规划》），请市水务局会同有关单位认真组织实施。 二、《规划》实施要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入贯彻习近平生态文明思想，全面落实省委、省政府关于万里碧道建设的工作要求，以碧道建设为契机，统筹全市山水林田湖海综合治理、系统治理、源头治理，推进全市防洪防涝防风防地质灾害工作；要坚持规划引领，延续历史文脉，打造广东万里碧道建设的“广州样板”。广州市人民政府2020年9月30日公开方式：主动公开
