9日下午，市七届人大一次会议闭幕后，大会主席团组织举行新当选国家工作人员向宪法宣誓仪式。市委书记、市人大常委会主任王胜担任领誓人。 根据有关规定，市人民代表大会选举或通过的国家工作人员，依照法定程序产生后进行宪法宣誓。市七届人大一次会议选举的市人大常委会主任、副主任、秘书长、委员、各专委组成人员；市人民政府市长、副市长；市监察委员会主任和市中级人民法院院长进行了宣誓。 大会主席团成员参加宣誓仪式，共同见证国家工作人员的宣誓。 市委副书记陈小锋主持宣誓仪式。
