穗府办函〔2020〕33号 广州市人民政府办公厅关于保障性 住房管理有关工作的函市住房城乡建设局： 来文收悉。经市人民政府同意，现将有关情况函告如下： 市政府已于2018年批复你局，同意广州城投住房租赁发展投资有限公司（广州市城市投资建设集团有限公司的全资子公司）和广州珠江住房租赁发展投资有限公司（广州珠江实业集团有限公司的全资子公司）负责实施市本级政策性住房的投资、融资、建设和运营等具体工作；你局（市住房保障办）继续按职能负责全市住房保障工作的统筹协调、监督管理、规划计划、政策制订以及保障资格审核、退出管理等工作，并在移交管理过程中做好政策沟通解释工作。 请你局继续按市政府工作部署，统筹做好保障性住房管理及相关政策沟通解释工作。 广州市人民政府办公厅 2020年5月12日
