“杜苏芮”已于28日05时加强为强热带风暴，位于距我市1200公里的菲律宾以东洋面上，中心附近最大风力10级，预计将于28日夜间进入南海，趋向广东省东中部沿海地区。受其外围下沉气流与副热带高压脊共同影响，我市28-29日将出现高温灰霾天气。29日夜间起有一次明显风雨过程。根据“杜苏芮”的移动路径，深圳市气象台于2012年06月28日10时45分在全市发布台风白色预警信号。
