按照全市政府工作部门绩效评估与管理总体要求，1月29日我局正式发布《深圳市水务局2010年度公共服务白皮书》。白皮书包括深圳水务工作的基本情况、市水务局职能及2010年公共服务任务目标等方面的内容。白皮书既是我局对本年度各项公众服务的郑重承诺，也是主动接受社会各界监督的重要渠道。公众可通过登录我局网站、发送邮件、拨打电话等途径对白皮书事项进行咨询、投诉或提出意见建议，以便我局进一步改进服务质量，提高服务效率。
