Announcement of Shenzhen Municipal Finance Committee, Shenzhen Tax Service of the State Taxation Administration, and Shenzhen Water Affairs Bureau on the Transfer of Collection and Management Responsibilities for Non-tax Revenue Items Established by the City

This document announces that, effective January 1, 2019, the collection and management responsibility for the non-tax revenue item 'over-quota and over-standard surcharge for water fees' will be transferred from the Shenzhen Water Affairs Bureau to the Shenzhen Tax Service of the State Taxation Administration, in accordance with central government tax reform requirements.
