9月18日下午,副市长于加良走进“惠民速办”12345热线话务大厅,参加“领导接听日”活动,倾听群众诉求,回应民生关切。 于加良耐心接听每一位群众来电,详细记录诉求内容,针对群众提出的最低生活保障申请、婚前检查政策、工伤医疗报销、拖欠工资、劳动合同纠纷等问题逐一回应解答。对需要进一步核查的群众诉求,他现场交办给相关责任部门,并要求限期办理及时反馈结果,确保群众诉求“事事有回音、件件有着落”。 据了解,惠州市“惠民速办”一体化平台依托12345热线,整合诉求受理渠道,实行统一调度。接下来,“惠民速办”将依托大数据赋能,强化落实跟踪督办机制,推动民生诉求从“接得快”向“办得好”升级。记者叶丽莎 通讯员廖汉彬
