各有关单位： 为加强深圳市医疗机构对陪护人员的管理，规范陪护行为，保障医疗安全，维护医疗机构正常秩序，根据《深圳经济特区医疗条例》等有关规定，我委制定了《深圳市医疗机构陪护人员管理办法（试行）》。现予以印发，请遵照执行。 市卫生计生委 2017年9月7日
