浙江省劳动保障厅： 你厅《关于供养直系亲属有关部门问题的请示》（浙劳社老[2004]93号）收悉。经研究，现答复如下：参加企业职工基本养老保险的人员，因病或非因工死亡，其供养亲属可以享受一次性救济费。供养亲属范围可参照《因工死亡职工供养亲属范围规定》（劳动保障部令第18号）执行。 二〇〇四年六月二十三日
