Official Reply of Guangzhou Municipal People's Government on Approving Five Planning Outcomes Including the Detailed Regulatory Plan for Huadu Xinhua Industrial Park

This document approves five detailed regulatory plans and urban design proposals submitted by the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources, including plans for Huadu Xinhua Industrial Park, Li Keng Comprehensive Treatment Plant, Panyu Square area, Guangzhou North Station area, and the Bai'etan Central Business District.
