依据公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十七条之规定有第一款第七项情形之一，未收回机动车驾驶证的，应当公告机动车驾驶证作废。经统计对超过机动车驾驶证有效期一年以上未换证的，决定公告上述机动车驾驶证作废。 特此公告 附件：机动车驾驶证逾期未换证公告作废信息表深圳市公安局交通警察支队车辆管理所2018年1月31日
