深公交(通)〔2018〕158号 因地铁4号线三期观澜站爆破工程施工，为确保相关路段交通的安全、畅顺，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十九条的规定，我局决定对相关路段交通组织进行临时调整，现通告如下： 一、2018年9月5日至2019年1月4日共4个月，每天中午12时30分至13时30分，地铁4号线三期观澜站需进行爆破施工，届时将在上述时段内临时封闭观澜大道东西行双方向(新澜大街路口至盈丰路口段)1分钟进行爆破施工，禁止车辆及行人进入爆破施工区域。 二、请车辆及行人在上述时间内经过上述路段时，按交通标志标线指示通行，服从交通民警指挥。 特此通告。 深圳市公安局交通警察局 2018年9月3日
