依据公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十九条机动车驾驶人在实习期内发生道路交通安全违法行为被记满12分的，注销其实习的准驾车型驾驶资格。被注销的驾驶资格不属于最高准驾车型的，还应当按照第七十八条第一款规定(发生交通事故造成人员死亡，承担同等以上责任，未构成犯罪的)注销其最高准驾车型驾驶资格。 附件： 1、初领实习期满分注销 2、增驾实习期满分注销 深圳市公安局交通警察局 车辆管理所 2018年12月12日
