依据公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十八条之规定，持有大型客车、牵引车、城市公交车、中型客车、大型货车驾驶证的驾驶人有下列情形之一的，车辆管理所应当注销其最高准驾车型驾驶资格，并通知机动车驾驶人在三十日内办理降级换证业务：（一）发生交通事故造成人员死亡，承担同等以上责任，未构成犯罪的；（二）在一个记分周期内有记满12分记录的；（三）连续三个记分周期不参加审验的。机动车驾驶人在规定时间内未办理降级换证业务的，车辆管理所应当公告注销的准驾车型驾驶资格作废。现公告下列机动车驾驶证准驾车型驾驶资格作废。附件：1、机动车驾驶证AB证满分注销公告表 2、AB证因连续三个周期未审验注销公告表 3、A和B类证同责以上死亡事故未构成犯罪注销深圳市公安局交通警察局车辆管理所 2019年8月6日
