穗府〔2009〕30号关于宏城广场工程建设的通告 宏城广场南靠天河南一路，北临天河体育中心，东侧为正佳广场，西侧为天河城广场，总占地面积约4．6万平方米，根据城市发展需要，拟规划建设为大型市民休闲广场和亚运会期间天河体育中心人流疏导的重要交通节点。为顺利推进工程建设，现就有关事项通告如下： 一、工程建设范围按规划行政主管部门核发的相关规划许可文件确定。 二、项目用地涉及的拆迁工作，由广州新中轴建设有限公司委托市道路扩建工程办公室依照国家、省和市有关法律、法规、规章的规定组织实施。 三、工程建设范围内的单位和个人应当顾全大局，积极支持和配合国家建设，不得阻挠建设工程的测量、钻探、施工以及拆迁工作。 四、违反本通告，拒绝、阻碍国家工作人员依法执行职务的，由公安机关依照有关治安管理处罚的法律、法规规定处理;构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。五、本通告自发布之日起施行，有效期4年。 广州市人民政府2009年6月30日 公开方式：主动公开
